A bit about yourself:
Hello! My name is Aaron Ale, I am 20 years old and live in The Netherlands. I am a student, and I am studying Chemical Physical analyst,
at this study I learn all about Chemistry, and how to work in a laboratory. My hobbies are basically gaming and I also really like Chemistry, so that is why I chose this education. I also Really love animals and have Geckos and a cat myself. I love listening to all sorts of music. While working, traveling. Whenever I can wear headphones to listen to music I will do so.
I have been playing games since I was little. I started playing shooters mostly, but then came in touch with my first MMO, WoW. After that it has been always either shooters and mmorpgs. I started playing mmorpg a few years back and loved it a lot, and the passion for it never left me!

Experience on MMORPG & Insanity:
I am not sure how long I've been playing MMORPG or insanity. If I would have to guess, mmorpg for 5 years and Insanity MMORPG for close to two years.
On normal MMORPG I never got high lvl so I didn't really have much experience. But ever since I started playing on private servers I've gotten a lot more knowledge in the game.
Right now I am confident to say that I know nearly everything about the game and can explain anything to anyone

Availability during a regular week:
I can be online every day of the week, on work days probably only one to two hours in the evening, but on weekend I have all the time.

Previous staff experience:
October 2018 - January 2019 I was a Moderator on a Runescape private server called Lunar. My task was to help players and explain the game to them, also to host small events.

What are your biggest weaknesses?
-I can find it hard to understand really broken English, but I am patient enough to figure it out with the person.
-Sometimes I am not the fastest worker, especially if I am too tired
-I can get distracted really fast
-I can be so kind sometimes I am taken advantage of
-Sometimes I dont know if someone is being serious or just joking

Why should we hire you?

Experience on MMORPG & Insanity:

I used to play the official MMORPG in the Philippines, but being young and have no personal computer I was not able to continue playing for long. Then years later, a friend introduced to me to Insanity MMORPG, I got hooked again. I played for about a year and then I quit. And I am playing again for about 3 months now.

Availability during a regular week:

I can play between 6pm to 11pm on weekdays, and almost all day during weekends if I have no plans. I can be active on discord even on work hours if there are no clients.

Most probably being introvert, but I can assure you that I can listen to what people requests or needs.

How long I have been playing MMORPG?

I have been playing mmorpg for almost 7-8 years now. I have been here since 2013 or earlier as far as I can remember. It was the Kirby/Boo/Kraken era as I now know as Invasion Event. I was also here already when Rragon cloak used to be the best cloak and 200ip Hair was the thing. So yeah, I've been playing Insanity MMORPG which also happens to be my first private server to play on in any game.

I am pretty sure my biggest weakness is doubting myself. I also think that I can be quite careless to what I say to people.

Well what is there to not hire? I'm kidding. I would like to think that I'm a pretty solid candidate because of the fact that aside from being a very loyal player and supporter of this server, I help people in-game and in discord with their queries. May it be a price check or a character build, If I have the knowledge about it, I will surely help. If I ever miss some important duties,I make up for it 100% as well. I also want to be the person they can look up to for guidance not only in MMORPG, but I can also be their friend. Sometimes, people just need someone to talk to and vent out some things. A bit about yourself: Just your typical procrastinating introvert that spends a little too much time looking at screens.
Graduated HS last year and just started college, Going to study electronic engineering.
I like to think I'm a chill guy and easy to get along with, I'm not one for drama and beef.
Other than that i don't think there's much to say, I don't really take the time to reflect on myself.

Experience on MMORPG & Insanity: I first joined the server somewhere in mid-2015 and have been playing ever since with a couple breaks, the longest being about 8 months which was mainly due to school.
Before that I played the original MMORPG for a year or two, but it was already dying by the time I started playing, they were a fun couple of years nevertheless.
As for my experience on Insanity, I've been on this server for a long time now, so I have pretty good knowledge about the server and the playerbase.
I've met a lot of great people on the server and made good friends, I've also helped quite a few people during my stay which is something I'll hopefully keep doing regardless of being a GM or not.

Availability during a regular week: Now that I've started college I have less free time than I used to, But on a normal day I still have 4-6 hours of free time I can be online.

Previous staff experience: I don't really have any staff experience per se, But I've been around quite a few insanity GMs/Devs and most of them are friends of mine, so I know a good bit about what they do.
And i don't know of this counts but I had my own guild once so I guess that's some sort of staff/management experience.

What are your biggest weaknesses?
I'd say my biggest weakness would be procrastination,Don't get me wrong, It does feel great when I get my work done right before the deadline but it's a major problem I have that puts me in a lot of stress.
I have been trying to work on it bit by bit but i'm not there yet.

What are your biggest strengths?
Probably my ability to learn new things, I'm not the quickest to learn but I take pride in trying and taking the time I need to learn things that are new to me.
I'm also good at helping people and getting my ideas across.

Why should we hire you?
I have enough knowledge about the server and experience playing it to better help people, I also believe that I'll be able to voice the feedback/suggestions to the devs/admins to improve Insanity.
I believe that insanity has great potential and can be so much more than it currently is, It just needs a little bit of work.

Experience on MMORPG & Insanity: i've 1st started mmorpg around 2009 and i started playing in the french server with couple of friends, then i moved to the newest Europe official server which was Clockwork i think, until around 2016 as far as i remember i started Insanity MMORPG and the only server i stayed in and played much in it is Insanity even tho i always take some hiatus due to my studying.
It's a fun ride honestly, i made many new friends and talked to new people.

Availability during a regular week: currently i don't study nor have a stable work (with contract) i'm just freelancing and selling my own arts, So i think i can pretty much be available depends on the server and other staffs as well, (like i can schedule my time however i want to)
